Tobin D. Ellis practices primarily in the area of personal injury and wrongful death resulting from automobile accidents, premises liability, construction and workplace accidents, product liability, medical malpractice and elder abuse.  He also has handled extremely complex business litigation and insurance bad faith cases in both Federal and State Court.  Throughout his career, Mr. Ellis has succeeded in obtaining astounding results for his clients through trial, arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Ellis is a graduate of the University of Pepperdine, College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1999.  Prior to pursuing an education in the law, Mr. Ellis attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he obtained a degree from the College of Letters and Science in 1996.

In 2004, after having worked for two large, and highly regarded, defense firms, Mr. Ellis joined AgnewBrusavich, where he has dedicated his practice to helping those who have suffered due to the misconduct of others.

Mr. Ellis is a native of the South Bay, and lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife, son and daughter where he maintains close ties with the community.
