On October 16, 2013, a woman was rear-ended while driving on the freeway, sustaining numerous injuries, including aggravation of the cervical spine caused by a previous accident, derangement of the knee, and residual neck and knee pain. The woman had sustained similar injuries in another rear-end collision approximately five years earlier, which required a knee operation.
Partner Bruce Brusavich successfully concluded the case for $250,000 policy limits on claims that the woman was forced to retire early at 68 years old and sustained a significant wage loss.
