Long Beach, CA (August 5, 2020) – One man was killed in an industrial accident that was reported early on Wednesday morning, August 3rd. The fatal accident happened at around 6:44 a.m. at an industrial transportation company located on Terminal Island.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, crews were dispatched to the scene in the 300 block of South Ferry Street after one man was reported to have been pinned between two trailers. Crews arrived and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
The identity of the victim has not been reported as few details were provided.
The events that led to this incident are under investigation.
