Los Angeles, CA (August 28, 2020) – At least one person was seriously injured in a traffic accident that was reported on Thursday night, August 27th, in Los Angeles. The crash took place at the intersection of San Pedro Street and El Segundo Boulevard at around 8:30 p.m.
According to the California Highway Patrol, three vehicles collided at the intersection in the Willowbrook neighborhood for reasons that are under investigation. Paramedics and fire department officials arrived at the scene where they confirmed that at least one victim involved suffered serious injuries.
EMTs transported the wounded party to a nearby hospital where their present condition has not been reported. All westbound lanes in the area were closed down as crews worked at the scene but no further details have been released.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
