Palmdale, CA (July 3, 2020) – Two people were killed and five others injured in a car crash that was reported on Thursday evening, July 2nd. The fatal multi-vehicle collision happened at the intersection of 90th Street East and Palmdale Boulevard in Palmdale.
According to authorities with the California Highway Patrol, multiple vehicles collided at the intersection at around 6:25 p.m. The impact of the crash caused one of the vehicles to overturn and another to burst into flames.
CHP officials stated that crews arrived at the scene where two people from two different vehicles were pronounced deceased. A total of five other victims were hospitalized with various injuries.
At this time, an investigation into the cause of this accident is ongoing.
